    The delicious cheesecake waiting in the fridge was a good surprise that added a special touch to our stay.

    I did notice that while there were plenty of amenities, a full-length mirror in the cabin would have been a nice addition.

    Location: the hotel was next to the mountain, and historical downtown. Dessert restaurant Parkside Pretzel was located 15 minutes walk away. We had an absolutely fantastic studio suite with the bedroom, the king size bed and stain glass windows. There was great food, the staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable.

    A cozy escape in the woods

    The hotel was immaculate, and the complimentary cheesecake and bath salts. The serene atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the owners were really good too ensure we had everything we needed.

    The only downside was the steep walk back from downtown. After an evening of exploring, it felt a bit challenging, but the enchanting beauty of the surroundings made it worth the effort.

    The cabin reminded me of home thanks to its cleanliness and attention to detail. The people in charge were friendly. Having a fully stocked kitchen. Those heated bathroom floors offered a cozy start to our mornings, which I appreciated! The no noise around contributed to our perfect getaway.

    The path to downtown was a bit steep, which might be challenging for some guests.

    We stayed in the Willow Cabin and it was perfect. The heated bathroom floors were such a cozy touch, and the bed was super comfortable.
